- Porgram manage multiple generation Intel client GPU products from Pre Si to Post Si through the phases of SW SDLC and HW/FW NPI process with detailed execution, releases and schedule planning. Drive coverage enhancement on E2E AI/Machine Learning/HPC workloads, containers and virtualization for 30% SW quality improvement - Lead and optimize coordination between all development, manufacturing, supply and sourcing, testing/validation, release, marketing, customer enabling and support groups & all business partners for successful program execution and delivery. - Drive and manage a mix of GPU AI, Cloud, Enterprise data science platforms for SW operation and release engineering projects - Drive, manage, and define various SW operation processes, automation, initiatives and efficiency improvement - Perform DevOps activities for branch creation, revision control and code merge. - Managed over 60+ ISVs/OEMs relationship and drove ISV SW certification on NVIDIA GPU products. Ownership of entire certification process and execution including HW/SW and customer relationship sustaining. Resource tracking, dashboard establishment and key program health metrics report to management and stakeholders. - Developed strategic and offered an analytical perspective in building strong relationship with key ISV vendors. Collaborated with engineering, technical marketing, and partner alliance teams to shape ISV’s product decisions by technology evangelism, features and product roadmap communication. - Debugged and reproduced the customer issues and represented the urgency in escalation in driving timely resolution. Reviewed customers’ specifications and requirement, in collaboration with key stakeholders across internal teams to incorporate into software development and release cycle in delivering high quality GPU driver for ISV/OEM partners on Windows, Linux and Mac OS X platforms. - Ownership of driver release process. Drove and coordinated with key stakeholders in tracking and driving all program deliverables including - POR, software drivers/stacks, documentation and product certifications. - Successfully improved the driver quality 50% by enhancing validation process and coverage to incorporate the ISV app use case scenarios into the validation cycle, and direct review with ISVs on validation gap closure.

- Developed and programmed web driven database tool in facilitating test automation, and tracking test logs by using MSSQL, ASP.net, and C# - Set up test bed, and troubleshot HW issues. Performed WHQL HCT graphics driver testing kit for driver quality validation. Documented software defects with internal bug tracking system, and reported defects to software developers
