I am an experienced leader in operations and logistics, with an extensive background in trade compliance and a penchant for quickly building new skills. My experience at startups allowed me to develop a very broad and adaptable expertise because I needed to wear many hats in operations. I thrive in these kind of fast-paced environments, in no small part because they afford me the opportunity to work very closely and collaboratively with other departments. Accordingly, I have a depth of experience working closely with finance on operations analytics. I have a passion for developing new ways to report on operational performance to build the most efficient organization possible. While I find tremendous and clear meaning in thorough quantitative analysis, I always respect that the qualitative value of trust-based partnerships is truly key to building a successful business.
