Oversees and leads the implementation of the MediCapt project and strategy in Kenya. Strengthens sexual and reproductive health & response systems in Nakuru and Nairobi health facilities through holistic digital health technology (DHT) interventions specifically targeting forensic evidence collection of sexual violence. Leads the successful scaling and implementation of the MediCapt Application to Mukuru Health Center, Embakasi South, Nairobi.

Delivers advisory support, co-learning opportunities and innovator ecosystem building platform support for Health innovators in East Africa and Canada. The ultimate goal is to improve health outcomes regarding reproductive, maternal and child health as well as contribute to building a robust ecosystem for Health Innovations in their transition to scale

I work in close collaboration with the Ministry of Health(MOH), the office of the Director of Nursing Services, Nursing and Midwifery associations and the Council of Governors to design, manage and implement programs for the benefit of the Association's members. I strengthen the M&E Framework, systems and capacity for measuring progress and evidencing its impact at the Association and county level in line with the organisation and project In partnership with our Publicity Committee, I develop and produce a quarterly newsletter in liaison with the Board members.

Guides Public Health workers in identification, design and implementation of community health projects in line with National health priorities in Kenya and Sub-Saharan Africa. Co-ordinates working groups consisting of Project Managers, Public Health Cooordinators and Program officers in designing a community health improvement project (CHIP). Provides Training of leadership and management skills such as monitoring and evaluation, financial management and social marketing to health workers in the private and public sector. • Actively coordinates the CHIP Alumni association by monitoring the successes and obstacles of alumni to ensure that fellows keep working on their projects and offering technical support to those who have challenges. Monitors progress of projects through alumni follow up at their workstations and administering of monitoring tools. Supports the capacity building team in monitoring and evaluating of health workers’ bench marking of project activities at their organizations, development of Monitoring & Evaluation tools, documentation of lesson learnt & best practices
