• Lead the category management of IT& Digital, Office, Fleet including sourcing strategy ‘s development and implementation and ensure the strategy is aligned with business strategy . • Lead key supplier’s negotiation and performance management • Insure procurement 's KPI to be achieved • Responsible for the procurement solution activity in country platform scope including SOP harmonization, system support , KPI reporting, authorization management and procurement communication • Support the procurement organization integration project including the new process design, system harmonization , people integration , organization design etc. • Support the procurement platform operation including the KPI dashboard design , charging model design , SLA communication and monthly reporting • Set up the procurement Beijing HUB team to achieve a matrix reporting organization • Work as Procurement key interface in Beijing with internal Key stakeholder in Beijing

• In charge of IT category management for Bayer China • Lead the supplier selection , qualification , development and overall supplier management including drafting , managing , terminating contract • Responsible for the stakeholder engagement including yearly project alignment , sourcing strategy alignment and supplier performance follow up • Support the SAP/SRM system implementation as procurement process owner

• Support to set up the local sourcing team with head of procurement • Set up SOP and system for local sourcing team • In charge of the sourcing project for the global account • Manage local supplier portfolio and supplier management • Lead the negotiation with suppliers.

• Source the OEM manufacture in China according to the design spec provided by US stores. • Workout the TCO of the quotes of the manufactures from the manufacturing to the store cost • Follow up the order implementation process from the sample qualification to final shipment.
