I am a Business Development Director at InnoStar, where I focus on enabling global drug development programs through integrated preclinical CRO solutions. My work centers on connecting innovative biotech and pharmaceutical companies with comprehensive IND-enabling capabilities, including pharmacology, DMPK, toxicology, and translational research services. I specialize in supporting a broad range of advanced therapeutic modalities, including oncology therapeutics, cell and gene therapies, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), nucleic acid-based drugs (ASO, siRNA, mRNA-LNP), and radiopharmaceuticals. I am particularly passionate about helping partners accelerate early-stage discovery into clinical development through scientifically rigorous and regulatory-compliant strategies. With a strong focus on global collaboration, I work closely with biotech innovators, academic groups, and pharmaceutical partners across the U.S., Europe, and China.
