I led the business from ground-up to 5 operations with a delivery center, and $1M in revenue. The brand is an absolute benchmark in product quality and customer service in the segment, and the delivery is a top performer on the platforms.

I joined the startup (Scale-up Endeavor) as a business development representative to build and model Business Plans for new ventures, which resulted in the creation of a $50M expansion plan of Adidas and KFC. Within one year, I was already leading the entire back-office team and served as the bridge between the Retail Operations Director, the entire office, and the founders. I developed and implemented a proprietary and automated cash flow and managerial P&L system for 10 business operations (including Adidas and KFC), controlling and generating the necessary KPIs for a global operation of $10M in revenue.

Consulting on Transport Engineering: development of technical and feasibility studies of transport systems and urban mobility. Main activities: -Traffic microsimulation studies -Elaboration of technical and consulting reports -Elaboration of presentations *Development of traffic and impact studies of transport systems to great commercial and residential developments (condominiums, mining complexes, stadiums, malls), aiming to reach the best relation between cost and level of service of the given project.

Technical supervision and construction management of a 16 storey hotel. Main activities: -Technical supervision of construction activities -Supervision of physical-financial schedule -Purchasing and contracting -Measurements *Establishment of a reward system based on goals to motivate the construction team, intending to recover the 3 months delay on the delivery of the development due to natural geological issues, which was succeed *Development and supervision of the design and execution of a green roof in a 700m² area, saving 40% on the project cost, compared to the suppliers in the market.
