04/2013 – 01/2015: Intensive Home-Based Therapist - Provided individual, family, and crisis intervention assessment and therapy to children and adolescents with severe emotional and behavioral challenges at risk of out-of- home placement. 08/2010 – 04/2013: Mental Health School Liaison/Community Psychiatric Support Treatment (CPST) Provider - Mental Health School Liaison: Offered individual therapeutic support, referral, linkage, consultation with family and school staff, coordination of services between school and treatment providers, and implemented social skills groups for students experiencing behavioral health concerns. - CPST: Delivered psychiatric support services to children, adolescents, families, and adults, including acting as a liaison between mental health providers and multiple community entities (schools, Juvenile Court, county Children's Services, outside health care providers).

Managed all areas of data collection, reporting, and compliance at the state level under a federal Department of Health & Human Services Responsible Fatherhood grant, monitoring to ensure delivery of program services to fidelity and compliance with federal and state data collection standards among local community partners. - Collected and reported referral, enrollment, pre- and post-survey, demographic and other related program data to a variety of federal, internal, and external stakeholders. Collaborated with program team to develop rigorous data measurement tools to capture program inputs and outcomes. - Provided training, technical assistance, and updates to Standard Operating Procedures for staff performing data collection duties and implementing services.

Facilitated successful employment outcomes for adult and transition students with identified disabilities through rehabilitation counseling, assessment, vocational planning, and case management services, with caseload exceeding 90 participants. - Collected and reviewed case-related data and records, maintaining large number of electronic case files up to agency standard and in federal compliance. - Provided oversight and technical assistance to local service providers regarding a variety of topics, including compliance with state/federal policies, administrative and invoicing issues, and best practices in social work and vocational rehabilitation services. - Served as steering committee member for first Project Search program based in Licking county, contributing to decision-making in all facets of implementation and delivery of internship program to youth.
