Nucleus is a platform that automates vulnerability analysis, prioritization, and response, to help your organization make better risk decisions and mitigate vulnerabilities much faster than they can today. Currently growing the People Operations at Nucleus from the ground up, including process creation/improvement, culture building, benefits administration/plan improvement, strategic planning, compensation strategy & planning, etc.

Leap Orbit is a healthcare technology company with a human-focused company culture built on empathy and innovation. Former Director of People & Culture aka People Ops. I led Leap Orbit's people initiatives. This included the full life cycle of human resources from recruiting and hiring, to onboarding, to compensation data analysis, to employee reviews. I was the company's benefits administration guru and made sure our employees had top-notch benefits so they could worry less about coverage and focus on their jobs and their lives. Team and culture building, as well as conflict resolution, are also a big part of what I did. I made sure employees were happy and thriving in their jobs and when they were not, I found ways to make things better. I spent much of my time at Leap Orbit striving to create an inclusive, happy, healthy, diverse, and welcoming culture.

Provided support and backup for company Principals. Coordinated all company travel. Generated contracts. Created all marketing materials and increased leads by over 50%. Maintained all personnel files and classified documents. Responsible for the full-cycle hiring process, benefits administration, conflict resolution, discipline, and employee development. Handled customer support with an emphasis on satisfaction and retention. Prepared presentations for investors and customers. Planned and executed company meetings.
