I'm Heidi Peterson, a professional photographer with a lifelong passion for capturing authentic moments. My journey began with a Kodak film camera in childhood and evolved through formal training at Southern Illinois University, where I earned my bachelor's degree in photography. Since then, I’ve built a career around connecting with clients and telling their unique stories through a lens that values honesty, emotion, and artistry. Beyond my work, I’m a mom of three (including twins!) and share a love for the outdoors and family life with my husband, Adam. Whether it's everyday details or life’s biggest milestones, I believe photography is about preserving moments that matter—beautifully and meaningfully.
