1. Automation & Digitalization Lead global automation and digitalization initiatives for a centrally implemented SAP landscape. Define governance, standards, and operating models for RPA and Winshuttle automations to ensure scalable, compliant, and harmonized solutions across countries. Build and maintain a global automation community and use-case repository to enable reuse, knowledge sharing, and efficient scaling. Act as the bridge between business and IT by collaborating closely with management, process owners, automation developers, IT teams, and country organizations. 2. Business Governance Own global business governance for customer-facing and order-to-cash digital tools, including: ▪ E-commerce webshop for Laboratory Diagnostics customers ▪ CPR billing process automation ▪ Customer EDI integrations ▪ Sales order processing automation solutions (e.g. Esker) Ensure global scalability and alignment with the SAP global template while balancing local legal and operational requirements—both during SAP rollouts and in live countries.

Regional SAP Key User & Process Coordination ▪ Lead and coordinate the SAP OTC Key User community across Nordic & Baltic countries, ensuring consistent communication of system updates, process changes, and best practices ▪ Act as first-line regional escalation point for OTC process and system topics between countries, IT, and global teams ▪ Drive operational excellence by identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities ▪ Manage and prioritize incoming change requests and system enhancement proposals ▪ Coordinate post-SAP migration activities, including customer master data clean-up and stabilization initiatives Digital Ambassador – NRB Zone ▪ Drive internal digitalization initiatives across the zone, promoting adoption of digital tools and new ways of working ▪ Actively foster a digital mindset and change culture within business teams ▪ Support and coordinate digital tool development initiatives ▪ Contribute to and manage smaller-scale digitalization projects at regional level

Business–IT Interface & Digital Enablement ▪ Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IT, translating business needs into IT and digital solutions ▪ Drive and coordinate multiple digitalization and IT initiatives across Finland and Baltic countries ▪ Manage the local IT portfolio, including hardware lifecycle, installations, prioritization, and coordination with central IT teams SAP Project Coordination (Global SAP Implementation) ▪ Coordinate local activities for the rollout of a new global SAP system across Finland and Baltics ▪ Support business readiness, testing coordination, issue tracking, and stakeholder communication during the implementation phase ▪ Act as a key contact between local business teams, global project organization, and IT Digital Ambassador – Nordic & Baltic Countries ▪ Promote digital tools, automation opportunities, and new ways of working across business teams ▪ Support digital mindset and cultural change during periods of system and process transformation

Team Leadership & Process Optimization ▪ Lead a team of Order-to-Cash specialists, ensuring stable daily operations and service quality ▪ Drive process optimization initiatives across the OTC domain, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and standardization ▪ Initiate and support digitalization efforts within OTC processes in close collaboration with IT and business stakeholders ▪ Act as escalation point for complex customer, process, and system-related issues

Order-to-Cash Operations & Customer Support ▪ Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash activities including order and contract management, invoicing, and logistics coordination ▪ Support logistics and supply processes for reagents and consumables ▪ Act as primary contact for B2B healthcare customers, including laboratories, pharmacies, and health centers ▪ Resolve customer service, billing, and order-related issues in SAP-driven processes
