Consultant for all U.S. and global immigration matters across the enterprise, including intercompany transfers, short term international assignments, rotational programs, permanent relocation, local hires requiring immigration sponsorship, and business travelers. Work with various stakeholders to develop company policies relating to immigration and global mobility matters both within the U.S. and globally, including creation of policy documents, handbooks, and templates. Contact point for all government inquiries, such as PERM questionnaires, USCIS site inspections, and fraud verification requests.

Specialist in charge of all U.S. based nonimmigrant visa processing, including all aspects of new and extension applications for H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, E-1, and TN visa filings. Coordinate H-1B Cap filings for F-1 students with employment authorization and others requiring a change of status to the H-1B to ensure continuous employment; collect documents and work with external counsel to prioritize workloads. Work with management and human resources to determine timing for green card initiation based on visa needs, time remaining, and company policy; responsible for assisting external counsel with all phases of the green card process.
