Keeping continuous follow-up with the selected candidates till the date of joining. Identifying the suitable candidates quickly for client submission for the given requirement within stipulated time frame. Collaborates with business development team to ascertain proposals for the company. Use of LinkedIn, LinkedIn X-ray Search, LinkedInrecruitein, Social Media, Job Boards, and networking to identify candidates and business development leads.
