* Monitored the media performance of clients across national TV and digital accounts, obtaining additional advertising units when needed * Recorded data and managed flowcharts that reported media units and schedules * Created a weekly internal newsletter outlining industry, vendor and client news * Attended vendor and partner meetings developing a wide understanding of the industry and its inner workings

* Shadowed various underwriters and analysts from different business units gaining a detailed perspective of the insurance industry and the roles within the organisation * Attended meetings and lunches with clients, underwriters and brokers * Spent an afternoon on the market floor at Lloyd's observing the business practices and how deals are brokered

As a part of the planning process for a service project to Namibia in the summer of 2012 I was responsible for organising meetings and arrangements as well as managing communications

* Produced content with Photoshop for use on social media and the website * Used Content Management Systems to produce and edit pages on the website * Wrote and edited copy for the website pages and blogs * Managed social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Google + * Conducted daily statistical analysis of web, social media and call performance
