Communicate and Coordinate with all the project design discipline to prepare and submit stage submission and ensure the dedicated stakeholder receive it to fulfill the project requirements. Coordinate projects Schedules and workloads. Communicate and prepare all the required correspondence with different stakeholders at all the design stages, such as : Formal letters, Client Comments, VE, Technical issues, etc. Schedule, Organize and attend progress meetings with Clients and prepare the Minutes of meetings. Follow up with design disciplines to ensure replying and complying different stakeholders comments and observation in project design stages submission. Review technical comments and brainstorm with the project team to get the most suitable solution/ action to solve it. Work with the team to get all the required authorities approvals. Prepare and go through various management tasks, such as : quality assurance and risk register. Effectively analyze customer and internal changes, including feasibility study. Produce clear, focused and understandable explanations for change requests. Establishing field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those tests. Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications. Coordinates the utilization of interdisciplinary technical personnel on the project with other Project Engineers. Coordinates the assignment of personnel from other technical support groups within the company. Assists the Project Manager in planning, directing, supervising, and controlling the execution of technical, and administrative functions of the project or study. Conduct benchmarking studies to determine best practices/ future trends Plan projects or subtasks so they may be tracked and presented Manage the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Develop concept, schematic, and detailed design proposals. Prepare architectural drawings, presentations, and technical documentation. Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, codes, and standards. Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants. Review and approve material selections and shop drawings. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained. Project Coordination Participate in design meetings with clients and stakeholders.
