•Responsible for the local and GCC market in the sales of specialty chemicals mainly in the fields of cosmetics, detergents, personal and home care, plastics, rubber and polyurethanes. Responsibility included from increasing sales of existing products to identifying new product opportunities. •In continuous communication with the members of the sales team for achieving monthly product sale targets. •Checking incoming and outgoing inquiries and assuring that all correspondence is to be sent out promptly. •Required to be in touch with the company's clients and understand their needs clearly. •Handle the inquiries and tenders from existing and new clients and provides details about the products offered over the phone or via e-mails including quotations received and offers. •Assist in preparing monthly sales reports and submitting the same to the senior level management. •Managing order logistics with both the suppliers and customers. •Maintaining database of sales met and also plan strategies for sale enhancement. •Development of a unique and efficient tracking system for keeping a tab on daily operations . •Undertake administrative jobs such as preserving important and confidential agreements between the company and the customers as well as suppliers.

•Monitoring and management of preventive maintenance task results. •Practicing predictive maintenance and analysis of mechanical rotating machinery using vibration software. •Comparing vibration measurement trends and identifying defects through root cause failure analysis and suggesting corrective actions in the form of reports to the maintenance team. •Collecting data readings from the PdM devices (Vibration, Belt tension, Thermal-image camera) on various motors, pumps, and electrical panels. •Issuing reports on the defects concluded such as unbalance, misalignment, mechanical loosenes and bearings and belt defects then issuing corrective work orders to the maintenance section on possible remedies. •Implementing a maintenance plan on the strategy to use predictive maintenance (PdM) techniques in addition to traditional preventive measures.

•Perform scheduled laboratory chemical tests on water samples from HVAC systems to ensure good conditions of the system are maintained and maintain the maintenance log. •Supervise chemical technicians onsite through taking correct and accurate measurements. •Associated in the analysis of choosing the optimum design of the chemical program used in cooling tower treatment with maximum energy saving and without shutdown or maintenance problems. •Make weekly and monthly reports on all readings taken and measurements showing trends and analysis of chemical measurement data. •Maintaining and taking periodic inventory of parts, materials, and components of HVAC mechanical and chemical products used, ensuring that orders are processed accurately, in line with the inventory levels at hand. •Obtaining technical offers and quotations from companies and a member in the department’s technical committee regarding any tenders concerning the chemical equipment and tools.
