- Led merchandise and inventory planning for catalog and eCommerce businesses worth $55MM+ in annual gross demand. - Recruited, managed, and mentored a 14-person team of merchandise planners, buyers, and a data administrator. - Developed marketing and eCommerce strategies to push product launches and drive customer engagement.

- Managed seasonal sales plans & inventory flow for a $60MM business across a 365-store retail chain. - Developed monthly markdown strategies and analyzed store promotions to achieve corporate sales and margin targets.
