Heather Duhr
Executive Director @ Retina Specialists of Michigan
About
I’ve spent over 30 years in healthcare leading teams, cultivating talent, and building organizations where excellence and compassion thrive together. After more than two decades in orthopedic surgery leadership, I now serve as Executive Director of Retina Specialists of Michigan. As our Integrator under the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), I turn vision into action—aligning strategy, people, and culture to deliver exceptional patient care and build a strong, connected team. What I’m most proud of is our people. Their dedication, collaboration, and commitment to integrity and skill have strengthened our organization year after year. My leadership philosophy is simple—align purpose with people by building trust, fostering growth, and creating clarity—so teams can do their best work and feel proud of the difference they make every day.
