* Vaccinations for all well-child physicals, as scheduled by the American Academy of Pediatrics. * Pre-physical assessments; Height, Weight, Vitals, Eye/Ear exams. * Light telephone “triage” according to office protocol / Provide education for patients and families. * Performed office procedures; i.e., straight-cath., spirometry, tympanograms, suture removal, etc. * Obtained sterile specimens, and perform analysis and cultures, as well as other in-house lab work.

* Assisted both doctors and nurses with all daily tasks * Assisting physicians with exams and small office procedures, as well as obtaining all pre-physical vital signs, scheduling appointments, ordering and stocking supplies. * Assisted the in-house lab with tests, cultures, etc.

* Daily care for the adult population in the pre/post surgical areas, including but not limited to, Ortho and cardiac patients. * Remote Telemetry Certified * Assigned to provide patient care for up to (8) patients at a time. * Daily admitting and/or discharge of patients. * Perform clinical tasks according to hospital policies. * Assess patient conditions, and advise physicians of changes in status. * Assist patients and family members in the education of healthcare needs

* Created monthly calendars to teach / enrich the lives of children within my care. * Daily care of up to 20 infants / pre-toddlers on a given day.

* Rotating Charge Nurse duties including, but not limited to, assigning patients to fellow staff members, assisting other RN’s in daily tasks, overseeing all pediatric floor details for the shift. * Assigned to provide patient care for up to (8) patients at a time. * Floated to Mother/Infant or NICU unit(s) during periods of higher census. * Daily admitting and/or discharge of patients. * Perform clinical tasks according to hospital policies. * Supervise and delegate to LPNs and Nursing Assistants. * Assess patient conditions, and advise physicians of changes in status. * Assist patients and family members in the education of healthcare needs.

* Daily care of medically fragile children from 6 weeks through age five, with diagnoses/equipment including, but not limited to, chronic asthma, seizure disorder, G-Tubes, tracheostomies, etc. * Medical transport of medically fragile children, ages 6 weeks to 5 years, to/from MDC center via van service. * Back-up Administrator in the absence of MDC Director. * Supervise and delegate to LPNs and Nursing Assistants. * Admission and daily assessments as well as discharge planning for all children under my supervision. * Perform clinical tasks according to company policies. * Assess patient conditions, and advise physicians and families of changes in status. * Annual PPD administering for colleagues as well as all new hires, and annual Flu shots for all employees. * Compliance with all state regulations.
