Maintained office operations by organizing procedures: preparing salary and hourly payroll, controlling correspondence, maintaining filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, performing clerical functions and ordering necessary office supplies.

Served as Sr. Recruiter within Aerotek’s Contract Engineering Division: sourcing, screening and selecting top engineering and design candidates to meet client requirements. Uphold client relationships: maintain relationships with existing and potential client contacts to provide customer service, gain industry knowledge, and obtain referrals and sales leads. Negotiate wage rates on behalf of candidates. Work with sales/recruiting team members to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments to assess clients' staffing requirements. Successful in the training of all new recruiters in day to day processes, documentation and relationship building requirements. Completed AIRS, Diversity and DISC training provided Aerotek. Acted as part of the on-boarding/interview process for new recruiters regardless of division.
