• Reports to the Center Director. • Manages all administrative duties, while developing a professional yet personal rapport with all future & current clientele. • Manages center calendar & all student appointments. • Scores all assessment paperwork, inputs into report documents created from Salesforce/CRM system, & prepares results for Center Director & parents of children assessed. • Helps market the program, while ensuring monthly revenue goals. • Takes tuition payments & creates invoices for current enrollees. • Trainer for new & incoming ACD’s.

• Supported Childcare Director in providing leadership & supervision of a childcare program, both children & staff. • Ensured the health & safety of all children by following & enforcing safety regulations & other YMCA, school & Licensing Title 22 policies & procedures. • Implemented YMCA curriculum while providing guidance & developmental experiences in accordance with Childcare Director, YMCA guidlines, & state licensing requirements. • Maintained good public relations & positive relationships with both parents & school representatives.

• Provide international and domestic coordination of household good shipments and family services for corporate accounts, overseas and domestic partners, and private transferees. • Directly communicate with both the corporate contact and the relocating families via phone, email and site visits, while documenting all communication and tasks in AIReS proprietary software. • Customize specific relocations for each family pertaining to specific policies while providing excellent customer service to ensure that we exceed their expectations.
