Just pattern recognition, referrals, and enough genuine curiosity about people to know who would raise the bar and who wouldn't. Now I'm building With Haven AI, an AI-powered support platform for caregivers, which means I'm thinking every day about how AI is reshaping the skills companies need and how to hire for them. I'm not AI-curious. I'm AI-operational. I'm currently exploring talent and people leadership roles where founder instincts, technical recruiting experience, and an honest point of view are more valuable than a traditional HR pedigree.
