Collaborated with property brokers to support key tasks, such as, renewal proposals, coverage comparisons, renewal strategies, policy checks, and more. I gained hands-on experience learning the property brokering process, including the timing, communications, and strategies required for successful renewals and placements. Participated in an intern group project with colleagues around the country to research and present various AI software that Aon can implement to improve efficiency.

Worked with a team to update Cal Poly risk management's webpage; Requested premium quotes from the broker for special event insurance; Worked with forensic accountants and collected/organized data for an insurance claim; Managed the Cal Poly Driver Safety webpage and review applications for approval; Reviewed Flight Readiness Reviews for the safe use of unmanned aircraft systems on campus.
