* Senior member of the Secretary’s team tasked to achieve major cultural, * structural and policy change across the department, including: * event management, such as the visiting speaker program * plan, develop and manage implementation of a new departmental * information management system * reform of business rules and processes in departmental human * resources, budgets, finance & corporate areas * develop & implement staff engagement and training program

* Management of a range of policy and program sections within the Division. Key * achievements included: * secretariat support and policy engagement with Cultural Minsters * Council * cross jurisdictional and cross portfolio management of policy and * program development and implementation, including establishment * of the Collections Council of Australia * Government oversight, advice, financial and governance support for * the national collecting and arts agencies, such as the National * Gallery of Australia

* Key responsibility for: * section finance, including budget management * exhibition and parliamentarian art installation * relocation of collection to new art store located at Parliament House

* Primary responsibility for management of international and national * transport logistics for museum exhibitions. Including management of: * import and export requirements * travel arrangements for international and museum staff, and other * stakeholders * budgeting and financial management of exhibition freight * Primary responsibility for large object collection storage.

* Manage and develop Australian cyber security policy for home users and * small business, with responsibility for: * coordination of portfolio input to Australia’s Cyber White Paper * development of online identity management policy * secretariat support for portfolio engagement with Australian * Government security committees * Manage Australia’s cyber security engagement with the Asia-Pacific
