About

My career has been built around helping people navigate important decisions and making complex processes easier to understand. Through a variety of customer-focused roles, I’ve developed strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills that naturally led me to my current work in the insurance industry. Today, I serve as an Insurance Benefit Specialist with Aflac, where I work with business owners and their teams to provide supplemental benefits that help protect employees and their families from unexpected financial hardship. I focus on helping organizations strengthen their benefits offerings while supporting employees with coverage that provides peace of mind when it’s needed most. Prior to entering the insurance industry, I worked as a Client Data Specialist at Willo Labs, where I refined data processes, ensured accuracy, and leveraged platforms like monday.com to streamline operations. Our team’s commitment to data integrity and process improvement led to more efficient workflows and stronger data quality across the organization. Earlier in my career at Mayville State University, I served as both Bookstore Director and Financial Aid Coordinator. In these roles, I developed strong skills in data management, operations, and innovative communication strategies that enhanced student engagement and improved service delivery. These diverse experiences have given me a unique perspective on how organizations operate and how thoughtful planning, clear communication, and the right tools can support both individuals and businesses. I enjoy connecting with professionals, business owners, and community members who are passionate about supporting their teams and building strong organizations. If you're a business owner interested in strengthening your employee benefits or learning more about supplemental coverage options, I’m always happy to connect.
