Software Engineer • Involved in installation and configuration of cyber-ark components on various servers with Pre- requisites and port number awareness: EPV (Enterprise Password Vault), CPM (Central Policy Manager), Password Vault Web Access (PVWA), Privileged Session Management (PSM), Application Identity Manager (AIM) and Disaster Recovery (DR). • Creating and managing safe owners (adding safes, updating safes, renaming safes, deleting safes, adding, and managing safe members). • Involved in integrating with Active Directory (LDAP) and directory mapping. • Bulk server account creation (by importing Excel) using password upload utility (PUU). • Rest API using readily available script in GitHub. • Enable Dual Control/Logging onto private ark client/changing password/locking vault/logging off the vault/logging on through a browser interface. • Manage Cyberark PAM and FortiGate firewall. • Password Management and configuration. • PSM session recording and internal workflow for user/shadow session viewing/Live monitoring and session termination. • Backup and Restore (Password recovery and restore Process). • AppLocker Configuring Hardening. • Involved in DC-DR failover and failback (DR replication).

• Facilitated communication with clients to gather project requirements, while effectively collaborating with a team. • Evaluated client’s business needs and formulated thorough test packs to validate their fulfillment. • Performed web functionality testing, identifying and reporting defects, driving prompt resolutions with cross functional teams, and retesting to ensure defect resolution. • Contributed to the enhancement of the web application through change requests, followed by diligent execution of regression test cases post-release to ensure optimal functionality. • Thoroughly conducted functional testing across diverse Tools and APIs, demonstrating sustained dedication.
