About
I am a seasoned delivery leader and entrepreneur with experience in the healthcare and financial services consulting industries and have built customized solutions for health systems, labs, research institutions, health information exchanges and financial institutions. I started in software development over 20 years ago but quickly found myself running business operations and building the most productive teams possible. I have mentored dozens of up-and-coming developers, consultants and leaders. Managing the staffing jigsaw puzzle while keeping staff and clients happy is right in my comfort zone. I have created innovative models for hiring, training and developing the careers of technical resources. Building and growing companies from small to large while fostering tight knit, cared-for teams is what I do best.
