TOWN OF BELMONT, MASSACHUSETTS (2003 to 2006) Executive Assistant to the Town Administrator, Office of the Board of Selectmen Communications: Coordinating / developing weekly agenda and authoring minutes for televised Board of Selectmen meetings, handling confidential communications, coordinating action items resulting from meetings including authoring follow-up correspondence to internal and external customers, coordinating requirements and procedures relating to public hearings and licensing matters under the jurisdiction of the Board of Selectmen, maintaining Town Administrator's schedule, liaising between all Town department heads and Town Administrator Office Management: Staff supervision, records management (implementation and maintenance of file management), scheduling, purchasing and equipment maintenance, billing Website management: Maintenance of official Town’s web site content as needed, providing basic intranet introductory training classes to Town Hall employees as needed
