* Prepare assessment fees for all levels of the Basic Education Department every school year begins. * Prepare journal entries, monthly cash receipts summary, periodic accounts statement for each student and liquidation report for gasoline and various allowances. * Responsible in the collection of returned checks' * Prepare financial data of various billings such as review, tutorial, remedial and special classes; car sticker collections; and other funds. * Assist the cashier whenever necessary, conducts cut-off at the bookstore and deposit daily collections with the depository bank. * Perform assessment function during enrollment and periodic payments. * Manage miscellaneous office functions including but not limited to attending calls,preparing certifications and refund to student.

* Process loan application, stoppage request and insurance of the client. * Generate and determine the approved loanable amount for the applicant. * Prepare different schedules of various accounts for the preparation of financial report by the Comptroller. * Provide schedule of monthly amortization on loan granted for collection Department. * Prepare check voucher and transmittal for released loan.

* Maintain and verify record of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices and delivery receipts of the required stocks. * Conducts cut-off to various cashiers every after shift. * Prepares daily sales report and inventory of stocks.
