I independently manage a comprehensive range of HR functions, with a primary focus on recruitment, manpower planning, employee engagement, industrial relations, compliance, and employee relations. I oversee end-to-end recruitment tailored to the unique demands of manufacturing and retail environments, including workforce planning, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and aligning talent acquisition strategies with business goals and operational requirements. I manage manpower budgeting by closely analyzing staffing needs and labor costs, ensuring optimal resource allocation that supports fluctuating workforce demands common in these sectors. In employee engagement, I develop and implement programs and activities to improve employee satisfaction and motivation, fostering a positive and productive work environment I take full ownership of industrial relations and compliance activities, conducting internal audits, and ensuring strict adherence to relevant labor laws and industry regulations. This includes managing domestic inquiries, grievance handling, representing the company in Industrial Relations (IR) court proceedings, and coordinating with the Department of Labor’s JTK (Labor Office) to resolve employment matters efficiently and compliantly. I manage disciplinary processes and provide guidance to management on employee relations matters, ensuring all actions comply with company policies and legal standards. I also prepare and analyze comprehensive HR reports, delivering actionable insights on recruitment effectiveness, turnover rates, and employee satisfaction to support informed, data-driven decision-making across the organization.

I was responsible for managing key HR functions, specifically in the areas of recruitment, industrial relations, and HR operations. I independently handled recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating onboarding processes to ensure a seamless hiring experience. I worked closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and executed talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs. In industrial relations, I was actively involved in maintaining compliance with labor laws, preparing necessary regulatory submissions, and managing internal audits to ensure alignment with statutory requirements. I played a crucial role in addressing employee grievances and facilitating fair resolutions in line with company policies and legal standards. On the HR operations front, I ensured the smooth execution of daily HR administrative functions, supported the implementation of HR policies and procedures, maintained accurate employee records, and handled documentation related to transfers, resignations, and disciplinary actions.
