● Planned and manage Technical Feasibility Check on reliability projects with high complexity/quantity and provide feedback to clients. ● Liaised internally with clients externally with counterpart or external test houses and priorities towards achieving agreed timeline, including milestone and deadline reliability. ● Planned/carry out/ liaised internally with Operation in Test Package Release & Assignment activities to achieve the required agreed priority & start date, as well as resolve all test related issues with high complexity/quantity. ● Performed various task such as maintaining, repairing, modification, optimization, buy-off the hardware and test program related. ● Daily tasks involved the Automatic Test Equipment, Load/DUT boards, adapter & socket, handlers and temperature conditioning system, and resolve all the issues with high complexity/quantity. ● Update and documentation of work instruction and machine operating instruction (MOl). Establish MOI based on the machine user manual of high complexity equipment and Work Instruction based on reference standard & standard product requirement. ● Monitored and reported on test activities and provide relevant information of machine down/ malfunction, early warning on delays and bottlenecks to the Head of Engineering. ● Maintained, developed existing and new methods & processes with high complexity/quantity to optimize quality, efficiency and effectiveness of reliability qualification of product/ technology/ material & process change. ● Participated in Continuous Improvement Project, and problem solving using 8D methodology.

Manufacturing SMT Process

● Studied the manufacturing process of surface mount technology (SMT). ● Perform inspection on the damaged printed circuit board (PCB) from Hewlett-Packet (HP) that has not passed the circuit test. ● Inspect the PCB's warpage bow and twist before going through the placement SMT process. ● Scan the reworked PCBs using an X-ray machine and make a report before and after rework. ● Studied the Spectrum Pro Setup to store Bill of Material (BOM) information.
