Architected and developed a Python-based data reconciliation web application (Pandas, Streamlit) to automate RAN site configuration audits, instantly detecting VLAN conflicts and significantly reducing manual verification time. 2. Supported Radio Access Network (RAN), Wireless/Core Network, and Microwave Transmission Engineering teams, gaining hands-on exposure to 4G/5G telecom infrastructure and network operations. 3. Assisted in 4G/5G base station integration, configuration, and commissioning, ensuring successful site deployment and service activation. 4. Monitored and analyzed network KPIs, including call drop rate, throughput, latency, and network availability, to support performance optimization. 5. Assisted in troubleshooting and fault isolation for radio, transmission, and core network issues. Supported network planning, including IP planning, VLAN planning, site configuration updates, and engineering documentation. 6. Assisted in preparation technical proposals, and requirement analysis. 7. Performed equipment validation, health checks, and field/lab testing to verify hardware and software functionality. 8. Prepared and maintained technical reports and site documentation. 9. Supported the Microwave Transmission Engineering Team for approximately two months, performing Link Budget (LB) amendments for Huawei microwave backhaul projects. 10. Optimized microwave link parameters by adjusting TX/RX frequencies, bandwidth, modulation (512QAM–2048QAM), radio models, and channel configurations to achieve the target RX signal level (-30 to -32 dBm). 11. Assisted in microwave transmission design, including frequency planning, antenna configuration, Huawei RTN/XMC equipment selection, and cutover preparation. 12. Utilized the i-River planning system to generate engineering deliverables, exporting Digi microwave planning data to Excel and Celcom engineering reports to PDF according to project requirements.

Discuss the challenges they may be facing and explore how KPUPM or other collaborators can contribute to improving their quality of life. Organizing activities such as storytelling sessions, recreational games, or wellness programs can significantly uplift their spirits and create meaningful memories. Additionally, ask about future initiatives or projects that could enhance their living environment or health support. After the visit, follow up by sharing updates with KPUPM members and brainstorming ways to strengthen ongoing support. Encourage others to participate in future activities and establish regular communication with the home. Consistent engagement not only shows genuine care for the elderly but also ensures that KPUPM continues to play an active role in improving their lives. Together, this collaboration can bring joy and dignity to the elderly community.
