• Assess a client's needs, behaviour and diagnose the nature of the mental disorder (if any) using a variety of assessment tools including interviews, direct observation and psychometric tests • Plan and monitor appropriate treatment programmes, including therapy and counseling in collaboration with treating psychiatrist • Provide Psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioural therapy and management plans for emotional and behavioural disorders such as substance abuse, addictions, mood disorders, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, etc,…

• Individual and group therapy to help in understanding, relieving and preventing psychologically based distress and/ or dysfunction, and to promote subjective well-being of inmates with multitude of convictions such as murder, sex offenders, roberry, substance abuse, etc,… • Administer and interpret psychological assessment and testing to diagnose the nature of the disorder • Group therapy for personal development, development of social skills, psycho education and developing new healthy coping strategies • Implementing and developing rehabilitation and risk management programs, for both inmates in general and inmates with addictions • Offer guidance, and support to the families of inmates when needed • Working as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside doctors, nurses, social workers and psychiatrists • Researching and Investigating several problematic subjects correlated with crime
