Project : Balance of Plant Area, Hinkley Point C While working in the Balance of Plant 4 in HPC as an Area Planner, I have successfully developed an integrated Level 2 and Level 4 work schedule to include 8 different stakeholders in the area and was responsible for monthly updates and maintenance of that integrated work schedule. I am also involved in the assessment of monthly schedule updates from all the Tier 1 Contractors in the area while challenging the performance where necessary and working with them to introduce mitigations. During my tenure, I managed to introduce several reporting formats, including a 16-week lookahead format, which were adopted on a wider scale. I was responsible for the Development of schedule commentary for the monthly progress reports while Identifying activities that have a critical or potential impact on the schedule and presenting them to the senior leadership.

Project: Ancillary Building Phase 2, Hinkley Nuclear Power Point C. (Networks and RC Structures) Responsibilities and Achievements: -Development of Work Programs on P6, Including Tender Program, NEC3 Option C Clause 31 Program, Clause 32 Program and Impacted Programs. -Resource and Cost Loading. - 4D Planning on SYNCHRO - Weekly Reports and Monthly Forecasts. -Collaboration with the Site Teams.

Responsible for preparing and implementing Project Execution Plans, while leading the project. Duties: • Assigning responsibilities and mentoring project team. • Development of project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management. • Preparation of Cost Estimates and Invoices. • Preparation of action plans by reviewing design, specifications and scheduling changes. • Preparation of Periodic Project status reports for Consultant and Client. • Preparation of Income analysis reports. • Site management. • Procurement Management

Responsible for Co-Creating Level 4 Contractor’s Schedule, carrying around 8000 activities, using Critical Path Method on Primavera P6 Duties: • Creating Manpower and Equipment Histograms along with Cash S-Curve. • Liaises with engineering/operations personnel to ensure availability of materials and vendors to meet plan dates • Collaborating with site managers, surveyors, engineers, site worker and other professionals. • Preparation of Monthly progress Reports and Lookaheads for the Client. • Presenting project progress to the senior management during monthly meetings. • Managing sub-contractors and monitoring their progress. • Collaboration with the Cost Control Engineer for preparation of Invoices and Claims.

Responsible for scheduling and supervision of the projects. ·        Development of Schedules of Work on Microsoft Project. ·        Frequently visiting different sites to Control and Monitor Progress. ·        Monthly Updating the Schedules. ·        Assisting in Procurement Management. ·        Preparation of Daily and Monthly Progress Reports. Coordination between Different Sites and the Project Management

Responsible for assisting in Cost Estimation, Project Scheduling and General Management of Site.
