Data Scientist at Poste Maroc, I led a strategic zone-based pricing project for the Colis Amana business line by leveraging in-depth analysis of data from internal information systems. Using PySpark for large-scale data processing, Python and SQL for advanced analytics, and Power BI for visualization and decision support, I identified key pricing optimization opportunities aligned with operational realities and national shipment flows. This data-driven approach enabled the design of a more coherent and performance-oriented pricing strategy, with a projected revenue increase of 6% to 12%, while strengthening overall business profitability.

Lors de mon Projet de Fin d’Études chez Orange Maroc, j’ai développé un outil de contrôle de facturation garantissant la cohérence entre les systèmes de prise de commandes (SIRIO, CCU) et le système de facturation (BSCS). Cette solution, bâtie sur PySpark, DuckDB, Flask et ReactJS, rapproche automatiquement les données et détecte en continu les écarts pouvant entraîner pertes financières ou litiges. Elle a permis de réduire fortement les risques de sous-facturation et de surfacturation, de récupérer des revenus auparavant non détectés et d’améliorer la satisfaction client. Grâce à des tableaux de bord interactifs (Apache Superset), les équipes suivent en temps réel les flux, priorisent les corrections et gagnent un temps considérable en éliminant les contrôles manuels. Conteneurisé sous Docker, l’outil est modulaire et évolutif, prêt à intégrer de nouvelles règles ou à s’étendre à d’autres périmètres. Ce projet illustre comment une approche data-driven et Big Data peut transformer un processus critique en un levier de performance globale, alliant sécurisation des revenus, efficacité opérationnelle et innovation durable.

Development of a web-based order management application carried out as part of a Final Year Project, based on a real-world use case for the board game club Syllabus Coworking. The application allows players to scan a QR code available on each table to authenticate or directly access the ordering interface, and to track the status of their orders in real time. A dedicated admin interface was designed to enable the visualization, management, and historization of orders. The application was deployed on Railway. Technologies used: Flask (Python), ReactJS, MongoDB, JWT, CSS3, Railway (hosting).
