• Learned the end-to-end process of freight forwarding, from booking to delivery, and gained hands-on experience with documentation, customs clearance, and cargo tracking • Formed and maintained relationships with shipping lines and transportation companies, working to quote the best rates for customers • Developed a comprehensive understanding of international trade regulations, import/export procedures, and customs compliance • Assist in growing the Linking Horizons brand in the US, developing a network of transportation and warehousing companies along with customs agencies

• Learned the critical aspects of the ordering process and communication with overseas suppliers • Interacted directly with warehousing, developing knowledge in receiving goods, managing inventories, and outbound shipping • Identified the most cost-effective and efficient ways to ship products to customers and retailers based on location • Met with retailers directly in Northern California to identify the wants and needs of buyers

• Guided potential customers through technology features in vehicles on test drives • Facilitated the safe unloading of new vehicles by meeting with transporter drivers • Prepared new vehicles for sales and organized the lot at a maximum rate of 40 cars per day • Interacted with customers and aided in a smooth buying process
