Currently serving as Executive Vice President, Komatsu Digital Mining, and Chief Executive Officer of MST Global (a Komatsu Group Company). Proven leadership in scaling innovative digital and automation solutions across both underground and surface operations. I bring over 25 years of executive experience in the mining technology sector, spanning product management, M&A, global operations, and strategy execution. My expertise includes building and integrating high-performing, globally distributed R&D teams, and delivering digital platforms for autonomy, fleet optimization, real-time monitoring, and smart infrastructure in the harshest mining environments. As CEO of MST Global since 2015, I led the company through a strategic growth journey culminating in its acquisition by Komatsu Ltd. on 1st July 2022. MST now forms part of Komatsu Digital Mining, alongside the teams and technologies formerly known as Modular Mining, MineWare, Octodots, and the group supporting Komatsu FrontRunner autonomous haulage. Together, this global business delivers a unified digital platform for Komatsu, accelerating the industry's path toward safer, more efficient, and more sustainable mining.
