Kieran Hawe

I have built a 26-year career at EllisDon, shaped by both field and corporate leadership experience. Beginning as a Mechanical and Electrical Coordinator, I worked towards senior executive roles, driven by my entrepreneurial spirit and deep commitment to the growth of EllisDon. I’ve held multiple leadership positions from 2013 to 2023, that were instrumental in driving strategic growth in the construction sector and shaping the company’s executive vision, culture, and talent. Guided by my passion for fostering great careers and leading by EllisDon’s core values, I build teams and strategies that support long-term success and innovation. I hold a position on Catalyst’s Canada Advisory board bringing a construction-focused perspective to the ongoing dialogue around gender equality and advancing women into leadership roles. With a deep commitment to inclusive diversity, I actively support the various employee-led diversity groups across the company and champion initiatives that foster belonging and equity. With a strong focus on developing emerging talent and raising the glass ceiling for young leaders, I strive to cultivate a culture where people feel welcomed, supported, and can thrive in their careers.
