♞Leadership ♜Multitask ❂International Politics ✔Business Administration Hi, this is Hau-Chen Chang. I'm currently working as a Client Service Associate in TDCX company. I'm responsible for assisting advertisers with ad delivery, which includes suggesting a suitable strategy to comply with the privacy policy of each country, including Meta's advertising policy, and communicating with clients about receiving higher benefits. I'm able to multitask under high pressure. With my practical and strong communication skills, I enjoy working in this type of environment. Showing my empathy to clients is my strength and putting myself in others' shoes is the way I do, which I have received various positive feedback from our clients. I majoring in International Politics and cross-strait relations. Then I studied Institute of China and Asia-Pacific Studies at National Sun Yat-Sen University (國立中山大學)and conducted research on Southeast Asian politics. Last but not least, I hold a Master's degree in Business Administration from Edinburgh Napier University in Singapore. During my studies, I participated in exchange activities organized by the Taiwan Affairs Office of the Chinese Government (PRC). Also, I participated in the seminars of the Taiwan Ministry of Foreign Affairs (ROC) many times, which gave me a greater perspective. Since I study two different fields, I'm able to combine international politics with business based on my knowledge. I am proficient in the politics of Taiwan and China, and I'm interested in the politics of Southeast Asia. Leadership Experience: During my studies, I was the director of the debate club, the softball team captain, and the vice director of the student association. In particular, the leadership experience of the student association gave me the practice of leading multiple-skill teams and negotiating situations effectively. If there is any chance to be a part of the suitable company in the future, I will continue to improve my own professional knowledge and make my abilities visible.
