- Direct and maintain an overview of target market of company's products: stone crushing plants, sand making plants, concrete block production lines, sand dryer plant, drymotar plant,... comprising all from solution consulting, sales and technical related activities, set objectives and development of strategies. - Maintain key relationships with suppliers, contractors and customers. - Together with CEO set the products, suppliers, sales budgets/ objectives, and developing pricing strategies. - Assist with setting and regularly review the strategy to reach targets. - Buid the policy for sales and technicals dept.

- Manage of MAHA’s supply chain services for domestic customers. - Established and manage service systems, include of service plans, processes and documentations for MAHA Vietnam. Doing surveys and assessments, building requirements, quotation and standards for service processes to manage, train and upgrade service quality for its products and dealers. - In charge of crisis handling, complaints resolving, plans and service demands deploying. - Approving new products supplied for the motor inspection stations, directly under the Vietnam Registry Department...

- Participating in building legislations, making plans related to internal education and training according to Board of Directors and departments’ requirements. - Building procedure, textbooks, examinations and assessment; implementing educational presentation. Directing practice and assessment for employees from business, project and technical departments... about automobile equipment following approved content. - Training customers (service training): Educating lecturers for vocational schools, employees for car-service centers, contestants attending car-repairing competitions in city and national level following approved plans and training contracts.

- Performing marketing and sale program for cars diagnostic equipment. - Increase sales for diagnostic equipment from 35 products/ year to more than 200 products/ year. - Providing consulting to client through hot line about automobile repair and diagnostic equipment. - Reporting the results for General Director and Head of other Departments.

- Preparing training plan and training materials. - Providing internal training for other departments within Tan Phat join stock company including Project department, Marketing department and Technical department; providing training for clients. - Involving in internal audits, evaluating staffs’ performance. - Reporting the training results for General Director and Head of other Departments.

- Translating and preparing technical materials, performing technological transformation, training, taking part in warranty service for high technological machines and equipment of car manufacturing industry such as: Gas analyzer, Diagnostic Equipment, Wheel Aligner, Brake tester, etc… - Designing and arranging the space for car repairing workshop. - Working as technological consultant, designing Catalogue for automotive equipment. - Providing internal training and training for client about automotive equipment and new systems applied for cars.
