Group Reporting and Business Analysis 1.จัดทำรายงานและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลของธุรกิจ Broadband (FBB and 3BB) เช่น ข้อมูลรายได้ ต้นทุน ค่าใช้จ่าย และกำไร เปรียบเทียบ MoM, YoY และ Budget รวมถึงจำนวน Subscriber และแพ็กเกจที่ลูกค้าส่วนใหญ่นิยมสมัคร เพื่อนำเสนอต่อผู้บริหาร 2.Mapping ข้อมูลงบการเงินของ 3BB จากระบบ Oracle ไปยัง SAP S/4HANA และอัปโหลดเข้าสู่ระบบ SAP เพื่อใช้จัดทำงบการเงินรวม (Consolidate) 2.จัดทำรายงานและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลรายได้ ต้นทุน ค่าใช้จ่าย และกำไร ของ Point Performance เพื่อนำเสนอต่อผู้บริหาร 3.จัดทำรายงานและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลต้นทุนและจำนวนสายที่ใช้ติดต่อกับลุกค้าของบริษัท Advanced Contact Center เพื่อนำเสนอต่อผู้บริหาร 4.จัดทำรายงานและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล Staff Cost ของบริษัท AIS Group เพื่อนำเสนอต่อผู้บริหาร 1.Providing a performance report and business analysis revenue cost and margins (MoM, YoY, Budget) for Broadband business (FBB and 3BB) and subscriber and package analysis for presenting to board of directors 2.Provided financial data mapping for 3BB from Oracle to SAP S/4HANA and supported Broadband business consolidation through SAP data upload 3.Providing a report and analysis (revenue cost and margins) of point performance for presenting to board of directors 4.Providing a report and analysis of costing of AIS Contact Center Co. Ltd. for presenting to board of directors 5.Reporting and analyzing Staff cost data of AIS group to board of directors

Business Analysis and Reporting Concrete and Green Solution Overseas 1.ปิดบัญชีประจำเดือน และจัดทำ Program Statement (Performance Report) ของ MCA หรือ CPAC Myanmar 2.วิเคราะห์ Program Statement (Performance Report) เกี่ยวกับ Revenue , Cost ทั้งหมด เช่น Cost of goods sold, Depreciation, Administrative Expense, Factory Overhead Expense เป็นต้น รวมถึง EBITDA โดยเปรียบเทียบกับ Plan, Estimated, Last Month, Last Quarter และ Last Year 3.การจัดทำ Annual Plan (Budgeting) ประจำปี และ Estimated Report รอบ Monthly และ Rolling เพื่อวัดประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลการทำงานของ BU ระหว่าง Actual Performance กับ Plan ที่ตั้งไว้ 4.Upload Plan ขึ้นระบบ SAP ปีละครั้ง 5.จัดทำรายงาน Cash Flow ของ CPAC Myanmar 6.ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งในและต่างประเทศ เช่น หน่วยงานต่างประเทศ MD และ Local Staff หน่วยงานภายในประเทศ เช่น G/L Team และ Consolidation Team เป็นต้น 1.Closing a monthly account and providing a program statement report (Performance Report) of MCA or CPAC Myanmar 2.Analyzing Performance Report about all revenue and cost i.e. Cost of Goods sold, Depreciation, Administrative expenses, Factory Overhead Expense, etc. also including EBITDA by comparison between Plan, Estimated, last month, last quarter and last year 3.Providing annual plan (budgeting) and estimating report for monthly period and rolling for assessing a performance and effectiveness of BU between actual plan and estimated plan. 4.Annual uploading plan into SAP system 5.Provide Cash Flow for CPAC Myanmar 6.Coordination with other related organizations domestically and internationally such as, MD and Local Staff, G/L team and Consolidation team
