I had the privilege to be a part of the dynamic team involved in the prestigious K.O.C. Head Office Complex Project, Kuwait. The project, under Contract No. 26356, was commissioned by Kuwait Oil Company (K.O.C.), supervised by Gulf Consult, and executed by Alamiah Building Co. K.S.C.C., with a substantial total contract value of $120,000,000. Project Description: The K.O.C. Office Complex's construction, completion, commissioning, handing over, and maintenance were all included in the project's scope of work. Situated in Ahmadi, the project involved the creation of a remarkable campus featuring six main office buildings designed to accommodate all K.O.C. employees. The combined built-up area of these structures was an impressive 80,000m². The undertaking also entailed the construction of service buildings, substations, cooling towers, and guard rooms. Role and Responsibilities: In the capacity of a Senior Architect, my key responsibilities were as follows: • Design Compliance: Review and ensure compliance of construction drawings with design criteria and industry benchmarks, upholding the project's quality and safety standards. • Document Production: Took the lead in producing complete construction documents, including detailed shop drawings and specifications that served as the blueprint for construction activities. • Coordination and Resolution: Coordinating architectural and engineering systems, deftly resolving any discrepancies identified in the project drawings. This collaborative approach was essential to maintaining the project's integrity and precision. • Client Engagement: Active interaction with clients facilitated the understanding and addressing of their technical prerequisites, fostering transparent communication and satisfaction. • Effective Communication: Proficient conveyance of technical matters to project consultants and subcontractors facilitated seamless collaboration, strengthening the project's working environment.

• Involved in architectural administration and on-site assistance, including the preparation of site memos, facilitation of meetings, approval of progress claims, and evaluation of drawings. • Conduct studies on space planning, structural analysis, design feasibility, and other related architectural engineering issues. • Coordinating design works across architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines.

Project Description: As part of the Hyundai Engineering and Construction team, contributed to the realization of the prestigious 7-star Four Seasons Hotel. The landmark 35-floor establishment boasts 366 rooms, 144 apartments, and 24 elevators, covering an impressive total built-up area of approximately 7369 m². Played a vital role in ensuring architectural precision and adherence to project specifications, ultimately contributing to the hotel's reputation for luxury and opulence. Main tasks: • Monitor construction site activities to ensure strict compliance with project specifications. • Prepare comprehensive and accurate construction documents, including detailed drawings and specifications. • Supervise the meticulous creation of as-built drawings, maintaining precision in the documentation.
