Create detailed technical documentation for the product, including a bill of materials, flowcharts, and work instructions. Ensure project follow-up in the serial phase, including permanent loss reduction and problem solutions. Manage production transfer procedures and processes between sites Concerning the logistic responsibilities, I have to: Plan and oversee logistics processes, from raw material receipt to shipment dispatch. Identify and manage component shortages. Plan and conducted inventories, identify gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions. Analyzing logistical data (material movement, amounts, and locations) to track performance and plan for future improvements. Select, assess, and negotiate with suppliers

As the site quality manager, I’m responsible for: - Direct all quality activities in the plant: Project quality, supplier’s quality management, laboratory, quality system, operational quality. - Develop and Deploy Process Improvement Roadmap program - Maintain and improve the quality management system by regularly evaluating it and adding new protocols. - Schedule and conduct internal audits (Product, process and system) and maintaining ISOTS 16949 certificate. - Work With Suppliers to set Quality Standards: make audit and coordinate the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) - Handle customer complaints: Investigate and analyze failures, addressing root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions. - Reduce the non-quality cost. - Manage, coach and train the quality team - Creating and maintaining a process for sharing know-how and the Lesson Learned card in the all organization.
