- Design and Development of Oil immersed transformers up to 10MVA, 36kV and LV-LV & Auto Dry type transformers up to 1000kVA, 4.16 kV. - Optimization and improve of designs of transformer from primary up to final Production design release in a timely manner, conforming to customer, local/international and project specifications. - Prepare Transformer designs for Third party Type Testing like KEMA, GCC labs. - Expertise the design and development of both Copper and Aluminium Windings transformers. - Know How to different types of cores like Obround, Circular and Rectangular. - Prepare design of 200 & 1000kVA Amorphous Core Transformer. - Development of Electrical Design Sheet (EDS) in line with manufacturing capabilities and limitations. - Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers/designers and provide innovative work environment. - Collaborate with mechanical, purchasing, sales, manufacturing, and testing teams. - Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance design efficiency and quality. - Technical Evaluation of distribution transformer raw materials and components like insulations, core, tap changer, bushings, Oil data sheets/ drawings from different vendors. - Lead the process of prequalification of utilities like KAHRAMAA, TMSS, etc. - Design and Develop Special Application Transformers (without design software and In-house electrical Calculation sheets) a) 600kVA, 25 Tap positions. b) Multi HV Taps container type 3.5MVA, 0.46 / 33-13.8-4.16 kV, YNd11 transformer. c) Zig zag winding transformer (Yzn11) for Algeria market. d) Aluminium winding LV-LV Dry transformers (300 & 500 kVA) e) Heat Resistance 2.5 & 3.15 MVA oil immersed transformer with Dupont Nomex insulation (class F).

Designing of Distribution Transformers.

- Sales and Applications of Siprotec and Reyrolle Protection Relays, Power Line Carrier (PLC) and RTU/SCADA in Energy Automation Business Unit. - BOQ Estimation of EHV/HV 220/132kV Grid Station. - Technical and Commerical Proposals for Sub Station Automation. - Cost Estimation of Siprotec and Reyrolle Protection Relays, Control and Protection Panels, PLC, RTU/SCADA and HMI. - Good Knowledge of Incoterms, risk analyses required at Tender Bid Preparation.

- Installation, Testing and Commissioning on MV Feeders ( like Transducers, Energy Meters, etc). - Update and Documentation of the SLDs of 56 KESC Grid Stations and FAT/SAT reports. - Hand-On experienced of the AMR System. - Parameterization and Commissioning of AK 1703 ACP RTU. - P2P Testing performed on SCADA SINAUT Spectrum at control centre and Sub Station. - Data Polling of 56 Grid Station of KESC network at Load Dispatch Centre through KISTERS SODA software. - Perform as a Shift Field Engineer in Reliability Run Test. - Provide Customer Support Services. - Process Connections of CT and PT in HV Control Panels. - Tap Position Selector Switch Connection on MR panels in Power Transformer. - Surveying Grid Stations for RTU and Adaptation works. - Prepare electrical drawings in accordance with the existing KESC system for RTU and Adaptation works. - Performed, Prepared and Follow Up of FAT/SAT with customer.
