I am a Barrister and Partner of the Firm working between Dubai and London practising in general corporate practice with interest in corporate immigration. Advise HNW clients on multi jurisdiction investments and business set up. Also work with real estate companies in the UAE to develop private client deals for property developments. My work comprises of legal advice, legal drafting, negotiation, arbitration, contracts, agreements, international law advice, joint venture advice, litigation and general commercial corporate related work. I also participate and consult on counter terrorism issues and am registered with UN and other organisations as an expert consultant. Have worked with US Dept of State, UNICRI and UK FCO. I have managed USD seven figure projects as both Legal and Project Director. In depth experience of complex contracts, international agreements, project management in partnership with official Govt departments. I have a good working knowledge of Middle East laws and have been Head Of Legal for a major family business. I have a unique set of skills and knowledge based on experience, and a healthy private client practise at present. I have also attended conferences and given keynote speeches and share my skills through being a mindset mentor and advisor.
