Key Responsibilities and Achievements: • Maintain full responsibility for the profitability and performance of the Oil Distribution Transformers Business Unit, including product management, budgeting, and operational oversight. • Oversee operations of six transformer manufacturing facilities in Zambia, Algeria, Nigeria, Sudan, Tanzania, and Egypt, ensuring consistency in quality and efficiency. • Lead the setup and commissioning of three new factories in Tanzania, Ethiopia, and Saudi Arabia, from concept to full production readiness. • Drive the expansion of factory capacity from 1,000 Tr to 12,000 Tr per year, significantly improving productivity and market responsiveness. • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans, including forecasting, target setting, and new market development to strengthen global market presence. • Coordinate closely with Sales, R&D, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure product alignment with market demand and company objectives. • Spearhead initiatives to increase and track market share, enhance profitability ratios, and support business sustainability. • Direct subordinate managers and supervisors in resource allocation, business priorities, and personnel development to achieve operational targets. • Collaborate effectively with parent and sister companies as well as international customers, ensuring synergy and alignment with corporate strategy. • Ensure strict compliance with ISO 9001 standards, company policies, safety procedures, and quality management systems. • Foster a Total Quality Management culture, promoting excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across all teams. • Perform additional strategic and operational functions contributing to the overall success and growth of the business unit.

Managing of Industrial Engineering Dep. for all Transformer factories Oil-Dry-Power Transformers From 25 KVA (11&33 KV)up to 250MV(500 KV) -Managing Operations for Dry Transformers Production up to 20MVA 22KV Managed drive factory to increase productivity up to 300 Tr / Month heading to 500 Tx • Manufacture and Repair Electrical Distribution Transformers

Manage all factroy activies including operations ( production-maintenace-design) and supply chain(planning - purchaseing and stores) testing construction machine irrection material management HR activities *responsible of providing efficient and effective management to the operation of the company in co ordinance of high quality transaction processing of customer requests and ensure continuous over exceeding customer satisfaction • Clear strategic direction for the Manufacturing Operation, meeting the Market demand. • To Motivate & Monitor the Team to ensure overall standards and targets are met. • Control Inventory Levels. • Developing & maintaining effective long-term working relationships with clients to evaluate, promote, improve & expand services. • Coordinating the management process for all staff and operators, ensuring products are manufactured to cost, quality and delivery & the resources are efficiently used through appropriate planning & training. *Using lean manufacturing System to eliminate waste as effective way to increase profitability • Responsibility for all resources within the Operations department, Ensure compliance with company's policies and Standard operating procedures • Maintenance of the company Integrated Management Systems initiatives. • Achieve the Planned Sales in terms of Project & Products. • Improvement in Customer Satisfaction Index Production Planning Systems with Key Customers Monitoring. • Improvement in Design System & Component Procurement System through Engineer Involvement & Training. This has helped to improve Delivery Promptness *Develop, establish and review the appropriate policies and procedures and the work flow of the operation activities and system • Complete Documentation of ISO 9001.2008 along with process ownership - achievement of Sales Target for the past two years through systematic planning, improving customer reach, co-ordination with consultants & after sales services.
