Design and build: Create and implement both physical and wireless network infrastructure, including local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs). Configuration: Set up and configure network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls. This also includes managing IP schemes, and setting up VLANs and VPNs. Security: Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and network infrastructure. This involves setting up firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access control policies. Monitoring and maintenance: Continuously monitor network performance, test for issues, and perform upgrades to ensure high availability and maximum performance. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network problems and outages for users, which may involve providing technical support to staff or clients. Planning and optimization: Perform network modeling, analysis, and capacity planning to anticipate future needs and improve the network's overall performance and scalability. Documentation: Maintain records of network configurations and documentation for network systems.

Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all phases and dependencies (e.g., preliminary engineering, procurement, installation, testing).  Resource Coordination: Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring teams and individuals are working efficiently and effectively towards project goals.  Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress against established timelines and milestones, identifying potential roadblocks and proactively addressing them.  Communication and Reporting: Facilitate clear and timely communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients, providing regular updates on project status and performance.  Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards, contributing to internal quality control and adherence to project requirements.  Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including site files, permits, schedules, and close-out packages.  Risk Management: Identify and assess potential project risks, escalating issues as needed and contributing to the development of mitigation strategies.  Procurement and Logistics: Manage procurement workflows, including vendor coordination, funding approvals, and material tracking, and support logistics such as travel planning and meeting scheduling.  Stakeholder Management: Liaise with stakeholders to define project requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.  Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues that arise during the project lifecycle, working with the team to find effective solutions and ensure projec continuity. 

Responsible for Monitoring Stability of the Sites(BTSs) with FO (Front Office Engineer) and troubleshooting problems with our Team in certain field by following below duties and responsibilities : • Receive all kind of sites (BTSs) alarm tickets (Telecom issues-power issues). • Schedule tickets and distribute them to region supervisor according to its location. • Follow the maintenance process in order to clear sites as possible as he can. • Report all tickets and close them by the real technical reasons. Tools and software : SDM system ,WFM system and U2000 system.
