Hassan Adel

I’m a seasoned Human Resources leader with over 15 years of experience driving organizational growth and employee engagement across the apparel and pharmaceutical sectors. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management (2009), and since then, I've dedicated my career to building strong HR foundations, cultivating workplace culture, and aligning people strategies with business goals. My journey began at Fabulous Sportswear, one of Egypt’s largest clothing exporters, where I served as an HR Specialist from 2009 to 2012. I managed attendance systems, payroll, recruitment, and labor office relations. In 2012, I joined Pharma Over Seas, where I was promoted to Head of HR. There, I led the HR team, resolved employee relations issues, and helped design the annual performance evaluation framework. From 2018 to 2021, I served as HR Manager at New Kerlo Pharmaceuticals, focusing on organizational development, training programs, policy creation, and incentive systems. Currently, I am the HR Director at ElArabi Pharma Group, overseeing HR operations across four companies.
