Primarily Role To oversee the KAP 5 Program that has been developed for Ministry of Interior – Security Planning and Development Agency. The program involves construction of 88 prototypes throughout the Kingdom. The Program is 369 sites with total area of more than 2 million Sqm. The country was divided in 5 areas, and 17 sectors. Estimated value is 10 billion SAR. Responsibilities • To lead the Area Managers (5), Construction Teams (500), Planner, HSE and QA/QC teams and with contractor staff of 10,000, which are assigned to the ongoing projects throughout the Kingdom • To Review Project Program, Contractors plans, Procurement plans and provide improvement recommendation. • Establish KPI, productivity trackers and progress trackers for the program • Coordinate the design teams and establish priority designs needed to keep the project moving forward • Establish and implement and stringent QA/QC and HSE policy to insure the highest quality is achieved throughout the program. • Establishment and implementation of a Saudi Nationals Training program called “Building the Champions” .

April 2015- Jan 2016 HRH Prince Khalid bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Imarah of Makkah PMO, Integration Development Center (IDC) AECOM Project Manager. The IDC Primarily Role: • Promote Development Projects in Makkah Region. • Assist in resolving Investment Projects’ Interfaces issues with Government agencies, utilities, and service providers. • Develop and Establish KPIs to monitor Makkah projects Responsibilities: • To lead the Engineering, Monitoring, Planning, HSE and QA/QC teams which are assigned to the ongoing projects at different locations in the Makkah region. • To Review each Project Program, contracting plans, Execution plan, Procurement plans and provide improvement recommendation. • To Review each Project’s Risk Register, the Project’s recommended mitigation plans and provide IDC’s recommendation for improvement. • To require each project to provide IDC with their external interfaces plan that scope includes delineation amongst all involved parties and required completion dates. Then monitor involved agencies to ensure that their actions are complete as planned. May 2011 - April 2015 Imarah of Makkah- Aramco AECOM Arabia Jeddah Storm Drainage Program Project Manager (Jul 2013 up to April 2015) 780M SAR, to construct a 365m long 11m high rock filled dam, an 8.91km unlined channel, 34.09km concrete lined trapezoidal channel, 26 Road crossings including major utility relocations work, Building demolitions and traffic diversions. Construction Manager (From April 2012 to Mar 2013) 680M SAR, to construct a new 1000m long rock filled dam, (2) saddle dams. 6.7km concrete channel and 34.km earthen channel with 13 road crossings + major utility relocation work, Buildings demolitions+ traffic diversions. Construction Supervisor (From May 2011 to Nov 2011) 500M SAR project to construct a new 1066m long dam and basin with capacity of 1.82 million m3. Installation of a1100m hydraulic cut off wall. Construction of new 750m channel + major utility relocation

• Design residential and commercial buildings. • Prepare structural drawings. • Finalize planning and design aspects of buildings projects with the clients including RFP. • Works out quantities, specifications and cost estimates. • Instruct subcontractors on job processes and methods. • Provide sectional drawings for all job sections along with BOQ. • Inspect ongoing job and completed job in terms of quality and specifications.
