In my role at Vertex, I focus on building meaningful relationships with clients and helping them solve real business challenges through our technology services. I spend most of my day connecting with potential customers, understanding what they’re trying to achieve, and showing them how our team can support them with software development, QA automation, DevOps, and dedicated resources. I work closely with our internal teams to make sure every promise we make is backed by a solid delivery plan. Whether it’s preparing proposals, running demos, handling follow-ups, or guiding clients through the onboarding process, I make sure everything stays smooth and transparent. A big part of my job is also spotting new opportunities — new markets, new partnerships, and new ways we can position ourselves. I help shape our sales strategy, run outreach campaigns, and stay active on LinkedIn to keep our brand visible. Overall, my focus is simple: build trust, create long-term clients, and contribute to the steady growth of the company.

As the Technical Recruiting Lead, I’m responsible for building and managing the entire hiring pipeline for our tech roles. My day-to-day work revolves around understanding the exact skills our teams need, finding the right talent in the market, and making sure both the candidate and the company have a smooth, transparent hiring experience. I lead the recruitment process from start to finish — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, evaluating technical fit, and guiding candidates through each step. I also work closely with team leads and managers to forecast hiring needs and improve our overall recruitment strategy. Beyond day-to-day hiring, I focus on strengthening our employer brand, maintaining a high-quality candidate experience, and refining the processes we use so that hiring becomes faster, more accurate, and more scalable. My goal is simple: bring in the best people, build long-term relationships, and help the company grow with the right talent in place.

• Analyze drive test logs & check pilot pollution & overshooting • LTE acceptance process • 5G Drive Test support for field teams • Perform Drive Test analysis for newly integrated sites, identify faults and provide recommendations. • Coordination with team, working in field & given online support in nominal survey and drive test.

• Drive Test for pre-launch Optimization sites using TEMS 16.3.2 • Frequency and neighbor planning using PIANO MapInfo tool • Site Audit reports including site configuration, Antenna Height, Azimuth and tilts. • Reporting by using export of log files obtained after Drive Test. • Single site verification (SSV). • Drive VIP Routes and resolve the quality issues, muting, HO Issues. • Tracking Illegal jammers using Net Tektronix YBT 250 Interference Analyzer in various cities. • Resolving the Handover issues, Rx Quality, Overshooting and overlapping issues. • Quality Drive. Bench Marking, Trx Test, Re-Homing Test and reporting. Verify the result of the changes through re-drive test to have a comparison of the DT results before & after the changes. • Perform regular Drive test for Highways and VIP routes to identify coverage and potential problem spots
