Reviewing Subcontractors MOS and Risk Assessment Acting as a one-point contact of EPC for all machinery and equipment inspections for all the subcontractors Developing HSE Alerts and distributing among all contractors on the project. Liaising with multiple subcontractors with regards to Project HSE requirements and ensuring that they are complying with them. Identifying hazards and communicating it to the concerned person and subsequently following up with them to ensure the close out. Managing the database of all the HSE data Implementation of company’s HSE policies and plan. Preparing Weekly HSE Reports and following up with project subcontractors for timely submission of reports. Attending weekly HSE walkthrough with client and other main contractors Encouraging employees to report accidents and near misses through an effective safety program. Inspecting equipment and machinery prior issuing them project access passes, followed by monthly and quarterly inspection. Prepare and Report findings with recommendations for corrective action. Conducting periodical safety meeting with workforce and subcontractors Attending meeting with management to help improve the safety culture within the organization. Reporting for disciplinary action for violating safety rules. Participating in all internal and external audit Managing observation tracker and developing HSE Campaign based on trend analysis of all the observations raised. Conducting monthly labor camp inspections as per IFC standards and following up for close out report

-provide a comprehensive expert and professional health and safety advisory service to the Estate and Facilities Management Service. -advise, support and give guidance on Occupational and Construction related health and safety matters to the senior management team. -work alongside the FM services Manager in implementing an H&S policy and management systems, and to provide and deliver management reports and information. -Plan and coordinate specialist and routine cyclical safety training as part of general training needs analysis for the service. -Identify health and safety risks within the remit of FMS and recommend management solutions. - Provide generic and specialist risk assessments as appropriate and assist managers in this process of risk control. - Undertake specific projects related to Health & Safety, under the direction of the FM Services Manager. -Responsible for overall Safety & Environment matters in related issues within company premise; risk management. -Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices and develop in line with the organization, EHS control practices and programs. Reports hazards, unsafe acts or conditions or any EHS concerns to direct Manager. -Carry out daily safety checks, notify immediately risk hazardous, give recommendations to correct it. -Maintain, develop, perform and measure results of training for staff relating to Environment, Health and Safety. -To ensure all activities relating to safety and the environment in the company work well and avoid risk of labor accident during working. -Ensure that all Company EHS policies and practices are proactively implemented and supported.

.Ensure hotel policies are administered fairly and disciplinary documentation completed .Attends all required management meetings. .Ensure that the appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniform and appearance are maintained at all times. .Working in conjunction with Department Heads ensure the Health and Safety and Environmental management programs are implemented in all the areas of the hotel. .Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment) .Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc. .Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy .Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker’s compensation claims .Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management
